People's Memorial Association provides speakers to community groups interested in funeral education and advocacy. If you're interested in scheduling a webinar presentation for your group, please contact us at 206.325.0489 or with your request. We are able to host webinars using our own Zoom platform or the technology provided by your organization.

These options will be available once it is safe to gather:

Option 1: Ducks in a Row three-hour workshop held on one day. 

Option 2: Ducks in a Row workshop held on three separate days with one-hour sessions each.

Option 3: Duck-et List class on a single subject for a 1.5 hour presentation.

The in-person Ducks in a Row workshops require a minimum of 20 attendees for locations outside of King County.

Ducks in a Row Workshop

Ducks in a Row is our popular three-hour workshop that provides participants with the information they need to plan every major component of their end of life arrangements, including:

  • Legal and Financial Documents (trusts, wills, probate, etc.)
  • Advance Directive for Health, POLST (Physician Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment) forms, and the process of using the Death with Dignity law
  • Funeral planning decisions (Disposition Authorization, Designated Agent, etc.)

Duck-et List Series

What's on your bucket list? In response to the popularity of the Ducks in a Row three-hour workshop, the Duck-et List was created to host shorter, more targeted workshops that last about 1.5 hours. Subject-matter experts are invited to speak about any of the topics listed below.
