"Racism in Death Care: Confronting Bias, Ignorance and Prejudice" was created in collaboration with Anita Pollard Grant, and will speak directly to those of you who are ready and brave enough to lift the veil of silence and insensitivity regarding racial issues in our society and specifically in our industry, as we work to better serve families and provide the best possible care for deceased of all races.
This course is approved for 1.5 Continuing Education credits through the Academy for Professionals Funeral Service Practice (APFSP) in the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
