 n which a person specifies what actions should be taken for their health i
 f they are no longer able to make decisions for themselves because of illn
 ess or incapacity. The durable power of attorney for health care is the pe
 rson designated to carry out those instructions when a person is unable to
  speak for themselves.\n\nEnd of Life WA Client Services Manager\, Rebecca
  Hudson will share about the importance of advance planning. She will pres
 ent an overview of advance directives for health care\, durable power of a
 ttorney for health care (DPOAHC)\, and the POLST forms. \n\nThis event is
