Carrie Andrews, Member-at-Large

Carrie Andrews is a Board Certified Patient Advocate with a degree in English & Communications. She has done everything from work for the Department of Ecology producing public information materials to being the Communications Director at the Northwest Maritime Center. In between those endeavors, she even owned a web development company and then was the Assistant Head of School at a small alternative private school!
For the past several years she has been drawn to advocacy work and end-of-life issues. She now works as a Patient Advocate, assisting people with advanced care planning in both group classes and individual consultations.
In her well earned free time, Carrie enjoys hiking and camping around the Olympic Peninsula and beyond with her husband.
In addition to the time Carrie has volunteered as a board member, she is a member of the Governance Committee and helped conduct the 2022 Funeral Home Price Survey.
